Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the new ways of working are embedded into the organisation. Be involved from requirements stage right through to post-occupancy. work effectively at all levels of the organisation and confidently influence others, including executive leadership, towards a common vision Design and execute change management activities across leadership and stakeholder engagement, organisational alignment, learning and development, and communications. Change network strategy. Requirements: Change Management (Foundation) Certificate or equivalent. Possesses a proven track record delivering projects within a variety of sectors . Demonstrable project and change management experience within a Professional Services environment, preferably within a “Big Four” Accounting Firm. Salary: Market Rate.
