This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to work for one of our partners, a well-established and thriving hotel in the beautiful surrounds of Looe, Cornwall.
The Sous Chef role is:
You would be working 5 days out of 7, this would include some weekends and bank holiday. Set shifts and no more than 8 hour shifts. Salary is also negotiable depending on experience. As Sous Chef you will be expected to:
·Oversee all aspects of the kitchen
·Work alongside Head Chef
·Assist with Menu Planning
·Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly
As Sous Chef you will cater for a wide range array of customers and benefits include:
·£25,000 competitive annual salary (You will also have the option to live-in)
