An experienced Office Administrator / Customer Service Executive required for this fantastic company in Leeds. Your duties will include answering/taking a number of incoming calls from customers who are wanting to book their vehicle in for a service or repair. You will arrange for vehicles to be collected or book into a registered garage, keeping in touch with the customer at all times regarding their repair process, chasing garages for progress reports and general administration duties. This is a very busy and varied role, they are looking for people who have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manner as you are the first point of contact for customers. Previous experience of working within a similar role/environment is essential, and previous motor trade experience would be an advantage.
