Sales Support/Office Co-ordinator
Our Client is looking for a hands on proactive person to join their team.
You will be responsible for the general office duties within a small UK based team.
There is scope to learn and progress within the role.
·Proposal co-ordination with designer incl spellchecking/grammar
·Follow up with PMs re co-ordination / commitments to customers
·Assisting the Sales Team, researching and project digging (only when Sales Team on the road)
·Manage warehouse storage (Blue Step)
·PPL/PRS, bank cheques received.
·New Copier, heating/air con, water, cleaning contract Starter administration
·Manage central Outlook mailboxes.
·Stationery (incl business cards, stocks of brochures etc)
·Managing Expenses and Barclaycard co-ordination and approval
·Invoice authorisation management.
·Lunches for meetings.
·Welcoming visitors – meeting tea and coffees.
Salary - £17,000 -£22,000 dependant upon experience.
