Sales & Soft Skills Trainer
My client, one of the fastest growing businesses within the North West are looking to add a talented and experienced Sales Trainer to join their well established contact centre based on the Wirral. Representing a wealth of well known brands you will be tasked with constructing and implementing training programmes to develop staff within the customer service & sales department.
As a trainer you will have a total commitment to excellent customer experience and the communication skills to engage with all types of learners.
Reporting directly into the learning and development manager, you will have had experience of successfully training soft skills including customer service, objection handling, sales through Service, B2B and B2C (both Inbound and Outbound Sales within a Contact Centre environment.)
The role is offered on a salary of up to £30,000 basic based on experience.
