Salary: £20000.00 - £30000.00 per annum
Sales & Soft Skills Trainer Approximately £25,000 Merseyside
My client, one of the fastest growing businesses within the North West are looking to add a talented and experienced Sales Trainer to join their well established contact centre based on the Wirral. Representing a wealth of well known brands you will be tasked with constructing and implementing training programmes to develop staff within the customer service & sales department.
As a trainer you will have a total commitment to excellent customer experience and the communication skills to engage with all types of learners.
Reporting directly into the learning and development manager, you will have had experience of successfully training soft skills including customer service, objection handling, sales through Service, B2B and B2C (both Inbound and Outbound Sales within a Contact Centre environment.)
The role is offered on a salary of up to £30,000 basic based on experience.
Have experience of developing and delivering first class training
Are able to engage groups of learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of exercise and discussion to embed learning
Have experience in the delivery and design of effective training programmes with a proven measurable impact
Have a proven track record of sales training and coaching in B2B and B2C environments using proactive outbound sales, telesales or telemarketing techniques
Be able to plan and deliver effective objection handling techniques
Have a knowledge of training/ learning theory and its practical application for accelerated and blended learning techniques
Have demonstrable experience in 1:1 coaching with proven results
