Crystal Peaks Post Office is looking for a friendly and customer focused individual who will work at the Post Office counter to provide our customers with the varied services available to them such as mail handling, processing of motor vehicle licenses, national lottery products and other banking services such as savings accounts and investment products. You will be promoting and cross selling relevant financial products and services in order to meet branch sales targets. You will also be responsible for the stock of cash and stamps and for balancing your branch counter account on a daily basis.
Working as part of our busy team, building a great rapport with customers will come naturally to you as you work in all areas of the Post Office.
As Post Office Counter Assistant, you must be comfortable in providing a top class customer service face to face on a regular basis. You will also hold excellent organisational skills and remain calm under pressure and at peak times in the Post Office, whilst ensuring 100% accuracy in your work.
You will need the ability to communicate easily and effectively with customers and match our products to their needs. A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, while driving sales of our innovative products and services is essential.
