Office Administration Clerk Job
Part time less than 30 hours
Kingston upon Hull
Salary: 7.50 - 8.00 per hour
Office environment - Temporary maternity leave cover - up to 9 months Hours of work - Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm Possible extra hours required for holiday and sickness cover
Varied duties include:
• Telephone duties - dealing with enquiries, logging jobs in transport book as required, transferring calls to correct personnel • Ensure accurate completion of worksheets and spread sheets, both manual and computerized • Typing of purchase orders, sales invoices • Typing price change letters for customers • Filing, photocopying, faxing • Data entry to Sage system
