Working for a successful and expanding Client, as Learning and Development Manager you will support the business in the development of its Learning, Training and Management capability.You will create and deliver learning programmes that are fully aligned with the broader organisational business strategy. In addition to designing and delivering internal programmes the role will have responsibility for sourcing and managing external provider relationships and will have previous experience of the management of externally accredited programmes.
The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in developing high quality blended programmes ranging from induction to managerial.
