IT Support/Helpdesk professional required for a leading Kent based Logistics company. You must have experience of delivering first and ideally second line Microsoft IT Support across Desktop and Server. An excellent telephone manner, and an outgoing nature would be expected. The successful IT Support/Helpdesk candidate will be responsible for working through helpdesk tickets and needs to demonstrate the initiative to reach resolutions without much assistance.
