Internal Communications Manager, Europe Job

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Works in conjunction with Global Internal Communication team, EU HR and EU PR heads to maintain internal communication process

·         Develop IC plans with tools and activities in order to implement the global IC strategy and ensure delivering regular information for the entire European staff

·         Support of the European Managing Director and local General Managers in Europe in all aspects of internal communication (IC): speechwriting, presentations, communication of change projects

·         Copywriting & content production: create articles for monthly internal newsletter, interviews with key managers, keynotes, presentations, internal events scripts, e-mail announcements, internal videos

·         Arrange, support and moderate of internal events on local, European and global level

·         Conducting of internal corporate surveys & contests

·         Promotion of corporate culture

·         Development and implementation together with PR team European CSR Communications plans & cooperation with European NGO, support volunteer movement in Europe



Candidate requirements:

 

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in Internal Communications department (preferably) and/or PR department of a company

·         Completed degree (BA,MA or PhD) in public relations, communications, journalism or related field

·         Experience in corporate communications, events, copywriting

·         Good understanding of cross-department communications

·         Fluent English, more languages are helpful

·         Team player

·         Able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances or events

·         Multi-tasking abilities and self-organization skills

·         Self-motivated with a positive attitude

·         Strong copywriting skills (journalism background appreciated)
