My client are seeking a HR Projects Partner to join them during a period of change.
The HR Projects Partner will work closely with the wider HR team to deliver on a variety of HR projects. These projects can vary from big OD and restructures through to a supporting the Reward team with a project for a few days.
The HR Projects Partner works across the full business rather than being aligned to a particular business unit.
The HR Projects Partner will have:
- demonstrated success in a projects-based role, managing projects from end to end
- a broad HR background with experience of restructures etc
- available to start within four-weeks
- strong stakeholder management skills
- able to prioritise and managing work load effectively
- able to commit for the full 9 month contract
- demonstrated success in a variety of restructure projects (e.g. TUPE, redundancy, restructure)
