Our client is currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR you will support HR specific strategies and provide effective business partnering to internal stakeholders.
You will drive and facilitate long-term HR objectives and short-term deliverables relating to individual effectiveness and organisational capability. You will lead and manage the people agenda using a partnership approach. You will support and coach management on HR issues and policies, supporting line managers in nurturing a positive employee relations environment, focusing on communication and engagement across the organisation.
In order to be considered for this role previous experience should illustrate a track record of acting as a true HR generalist where you have provided both operational and strategic HR support to a business. Preferably from within a manufacturing or retail environment, you must be able to effectively deal with conflicting priorities and withstand pressure, taking ownership of results and ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively. You will possess excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills and be commercially aware.
