Responsible for around 130 employees the HR Advisor will be the go to person for all HR related queries and issues.
Well established Organisation based locally.
Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor will consist of the following:
- First point of contact for all HR queries.
-Managing sickness and absence.
-Responsible for all starters and leavers and all paperwork associated.
- Managing all employee relations issues, including long term sickness and disciplinaries and advising managers on best practice.
-Updating all new starters, levers and promotions and updating this information for the payroll team.
-Liaising with external providers and coordinating all training.
-Ad hoc project work.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional, who has taken full responsibility for employee relations issues and is capable of working in a standalone capacity.
