I am currently recruiting for an FM Administrator to join a large facilities management company. You will be working as part of the team who carry out maintenance across the site and the successful Administrator will be responsible for the following:
·Taking calls regarding facilities and maintenance issues
·Providing some financial support similar to that of Contract support.
·Clearing invoices and liasing with suppliers when queries arise and credits required
·Providing a high level of customer service at all times
·Taking minutes for meetings
·Preparing reports and documentation for the operations manager
·Updating electronic records
·Ordering materials and parts for the engineers
·Quoting for engineering jobs
·Collating timesheets from engineers
The successful FM Administrator MUST have previous experience in a similar role. Immediate/ Same day start for the right candidate
Up to 3 months. Salary will depend on experience.
