Financial Services and Banking - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Working with only fortune 500 companies, my client has quickly become on of the leading specialist financial recruitment consultancies. They have been established since 1987 and since inception dominated the market. Their key to success is precision, accuracy and speed of placement into their client companies. Specialising in investment bankers, hedge fund analysts and other front/ back office roles in corporate finance their success has allowed for them to work on both an executive search and a contingent basis.

They have only organically grown (grown through graduates) and now their next hiring regime is about to begin. They require graduates with a business savvy approach to work. You must have a confident, passionate and enthusiastic personality; be able to take positive criticism and be hugely money motivated. If this is a match for you, then you will embark on a structured training system to allow you to become a specialist financial recruitment consultant. The training regime has been given numerous times and has features in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for, top 100 for training and top 100 for employee satisfaction.

You will be given an autonomous role in which you need to dominate and control your work. You need to be able to source leads for new business and additionally understand how to generate candidates in the most proactive manner. Speed and efficiency is the key. You will be driven by key performance indicators, though (after training) you will not be micromanaged.

For you hard work and loyalty you will be rewarded will a basic salary of at least £22,000 and a realistic OTE of £50,000. You will be also offered the chance for international opportunities and relocation within the UK. On top of this you will be offered ad hoc incentives such as an iPad2, lunch clubs and company cars.
