As the Regional Finance Assistant your duties will be to:
•Create invoices for products sold to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
•Contact Lumesse customers and ensure invoices are paid promptly.
•Liaise with Sales and Account Managers or Directors to resolve outstanding disputes.
•Support the Accounts Receivable Team leader in reporting cash collection results with weekly / monthly reporting.
•Ensure that collection notes and further action is logged on the system with a suitable follow up.
•Allocate cash receipts against their own portfolio of accounts.
To be a successful Regional Finance Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:
•Prior experience working as a Credit Controller or within Sales Ledger.
•Basic accounting knowledge (advantageous).
•Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Fluent in French (essential) any other language (advantageous).
•Fast and accurate data input skills.
•Experience in using Excel.
•Prior Oracle experience.
In return, the Regional Finance Assistant will receive a salary of £23,000 per annum plus a bonus and many other benefits.
