·manage and oversee complaints
·prepare letters and emails on behalf of our CEO, Peter Griffiths
·make sure our responses are always accurate and fair
·follow our policies and external regulations
·support our third party suppliers
·come up with ways to help reduce complaints
·be risk aware and work within our Risk Management Framework
·experience of complaint handling and a good understanding of the financial services industry
·good knowledge of banking and/or insurance products
·suggestions to improve customer service
·lots of enthusiasm and you’ll enjoy working closely with others to deliver results
·an ability to explain complex information clearly and logically
·attention to detail and you’ll be able to work effectively under pressure
