Team members work in a busy environment, providing a positive frontline service in person and on the telephone. You will be first point of contact, responding to a high number of enquires, offering a knowledgeable, accurate and helpful service with confidence and professionalism. You will provide comprehensive advice and information about our services which may include a high level of repairs, housing and rent related enquires.
The role will also involve use of an in-house computer system, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to complete a number of administrative related tasks.
