Your role as Customer Service Advisor will involve working as part of a team taking inbound calls from mortgage brokers with queries regarding their customer’s mortgage applications. You will play an important role in providing an excellent experience to all customers dealing with various enquiries.
You will be working in a heavily regulated environment with strict compliance that needs to be adhered to therefore experience of working in this type of environment is preferred, however, we will provide you with 6-8 weeks training to give you all the tools and techniques needed to be successful in this role.
Your experience can be gained from any customer service background as long as you are able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with customers.
