Salary: From £15,073 to £15,073 per annum Plus fantastic benefits!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our client, a global, financial organisation. You will be based at our offices in Sheffield, near Meadowhall Shopping centre.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties and providing relevant options and guidance. You will be joining a supportive team where you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls.

To succeed in the role you should have:

  • Proven experience of working within an Customer Service role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills together with a friendly, empathetic and resilient nature
  • High quality standards with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • PC literate

Work patterns will be Full time, working on a rotational shift pattern between the operating hours of 8am – 9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-7pm Friday, 9am–5pm on a Saturday and 10am-3pm on a Sunday.
