Our client is a highly regarded banking group that has adapted and grown its services, offerings and customer base to anticipate the needs of a continually changing world. They are now looking for a number of Customer Resolutions Advisors to join their friendly team on a six – nine month contract.
In this rewarding contract, you’ll have the chance to act as a customer champion and learn alongside a dedicated team of industry specialists.
As a Customer Resolutions Advisor, you’ll be responsible for resolving any customer issues whilst providing a first-class level of service.
Taking ownership of complaints, you’ll investigate and resolve any problems in line with FCA and company principles.
You’ll liaise with customers, colleagues and external bodies to ensure that corrective actions are taken within set timescales. Additionally, you’ll complete a range of administrative tasks in a timely manner.

- A high level of IT literacy
- A courteous and confident telephone manner
Enthusiastic and passionate, as a Customer Resolutions Advisor, you must have outstanding communication skills and a diligent approach.
