Job Title: Creative - London
Our agency combines Creative and Production expertise, as does this role. As well as creating big concepts, crafting copy and writing scripts, you’ll be happy overseeing shoots, edits and animation too.
While we often collaborate on ideas our Creatives tend to be self-sufficient entities. You’ll be adept at working alone, managing projects and presenting to clients by yourself.
Expect to work fast. Our deadlines are tight. (However, that also means you’ll actually get to make a ton of content, with an exceptional and talented team to help execute).
Our output is 90% film, but briefs vary massively; from business case studies and mini docs to funny YouTube ads and big brand pieces.

Translate marketing objectives into strategically sound creative concepts, present and sell to client
Consistently produce innovative, audience-first, pitch-winning solutions
Write, edit and refine scripts
Write, create and oversee creation of presentations & pitch decks
Oversee projects in pre, production, and post stages - from a strategic, storytelling and art direction perspective
Assist the Creative Director in providing creative support to the production team where needed
Take ownership of an area of creative inspiration and regularly share with the company what you find
Collaborate with other creatives, the wider team, producers & partners on projects
Develop & build relationships with clients and earn their trust
Proactive in managing time, meeting deadlines and assessing how much creative time is required on jobs.
Complete timesheets on a weekly basis
Keep up to date with the latest digital trends
Regularly contribute content to the company’s digital presences
Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
3+ years relevant creative experience at a digital/creative agency
Have created successful video content
Excellent copy and script writing skills
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Strong presentation skills
