Key Results Area
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will answer calls for our inbound and outbound accounts.
Full and part time hours are available.
Knowledge/Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers. Although Contact Centre experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
