Woodtown House is a 28 bedded 19th century manor house, providing residential nursing care to adults with mental health needs in a relaxed and secluded environment.
As a Bank Care Support Worker you will work as part of our experienced and dedicated team working to deliver a high standard of care to our residents ensuring their individual needs are met. Providing practical and emotional support with their daily living, you will support and encourage service users to achieve their personal goals.
A level 2 qualification in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
Your role is to provide flexible cover as required and therefore your hours of work will vary.You may be offered work on any day of the week including Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday. Shifts may cover any of the 24 hours in the day.
