We are looking to employ six Band 6 RSCN’s to work in our recently opening new Emergency Department based at the Royal Free site.You must be a qualified nurse with 18 months acute experience ideally within an acute Paediatric Emergency department. In addition to this both sites have a consultant led care of the elderly team who assess older patients for appropriate admission or organise enhanced social care support in the community. The Urgent Care Centre within the Emergency Departments has ENPs working with the GPs to deliver an efficient and responsive service. Both departments have an active research programme with a number of nursing staff within the department undertaking research projects. Both emergency departments work together to support staff to develop their career ambition and therefore there is a strong education and training programme within the departments that is facilitated by the senior clinical educators and local universities.We look forward to receiving your application.
