You will be joining either our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) or Small-Office Home-Office (SoHo) team. Working in a telephone & desk based sales environment, you’ll make sure our customers have nothing less than a great experience - every time. Day-to-day, you’ll deal with changes to contracts; upgrades and downgrades; helping customers move their services when shifting premises and much more. We’ll also rely on you to spot every opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and generate new or additional business. Like the sound of it so far? Then read on.

You’ll need a successful track record in a customer focused sales environment. We’ll also be looking for the ability to quickly get to grips with our product portfolios and those of our competitors. Comfortable working with a wide range of people, you’re great at adapting the way you communicate too, depending on the customer. What’s more, you're flexible in your approach, empathetic and understanding. However, you never lose sight of your targets, understand the importance of KPIs and enjoy nothing more than delivering a truly first class sales experience.
