Administrator Job

Salary: £20000 per annum

Job Purpose Statement

To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the branch, maintaining a professional reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Main Duties

  • Inputting of timesheets on to the Accounting System within given timescales
  • Acceptance of contract information from sales and operations and inputting as required
  • Processing orders for Contracts and Project Managers
  • Raising project applications and invoicing projects
  • Chasing unpaid invoices and debts
  • Chasing retention payments
  • Updating project sales and cost budgets
  • Assisting the Contracts Manager with Engineering Diary
  • Organising Engineers Training and maintaining records
  • Recording subcontractors site working hours for H&S
  • Keeping branch holiday records up to date
  • Ordering of office consumables as required
  • Processing of warranty or returns to manufacturer for repair
  • Provide salessecretarial support where required to the Regional Manager
  • Arrange travel/accommodation as required
  • Checking and approval of expense claims for accuracy

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working for a services company ideal but not essential
