Travel-pa is the Homeworking division of Sunset Faraway Holidays/LuxuryHolidaysDirect We are looking for a strong administrator who has an eye for detail and ideally has had some travel background.
Job Purpose: ADMINISTRATIVESUPPORT EXECITIVE
To be first point of contact for all incoming enquiries for packaged holidays booked by our Home Working Division Team and to provide a high level of customer service. A conscientious and friendly individual who is able to meet deadlines and enjoys working alone or as part of a team. A knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, E-mailing and CRS (Amadeus- training will be offered)
Duties:
•To build and maintain relationships with all home workers
•Effectively manage your time to ensure that all requests are actioned on time
•Collating all air tickets with travel itineraries ready for dispatch
•To efficiently perform all administrative duties associated with your role
•Preparing client confirmation invoices through the system
•Answering queries via phone and email.
•Taking charge of operational changes by contacting customers
•Advise of booking amendments
•Offering outstanding customer service,
•All general admin duties including payments
•Client Balance Chasers
