Accounts Assistant / PA – Maternity cover (10 months) Job
Salary: 21,000.00 - 21,000.00 per year
Required for 10 month maternity cover contract. The role involves day to day accounting using Sage, maintaining cash books, sales ledger credit control, preparation and transfer of purchase ledger payments and processing weekly wages via BACS and acting PA to the Financial Director. Applicants must have accounts/administration experience, using Sage Accounting and Sage 50 payroll, excellent IT skills and able to cover secretarial duties. Hours 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
