A varied Accounts Assistant job with a growing business based in Stockton.
Your new company
You will be working for a well-established and acquisitive pharmaceutical group based in Stockton; the company currently has a large finance function, but due to growth there is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team.
Your new role
As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of transactional accounts duties, such as bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, payment runs, handling queries, and covering various other team members in their absence/holidays. You will initially begin on a temporary basis and be considered for the permanent role that is available whilst you are working in the role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong previous experience in a similar role, and be capable of managing a varied workload whilst still meeting agreed deadlines. You may have previous experience using Sage 200, however although this is a bonus, it is not required. Ideally, you will be immediately available for work, or on a 1 week notice period.
