Experienced Accounts Assistant is required to work for a Cheshunt based organisation.
Enthusiastic ,friendly and versatile Accounts Assistant is required to work for a dynamic retail organisation based near Cheshunt in Hertfordshire . Working as part of a small team and reporting to the accounts manager your duties will include Checking and posting of purchase ledger invoices, obtaining authorisation for payment ,dealing with customer queries,reconciling accounts and making both manual and credit card payments. You will also be responsible for cash handling and reconciling with restaurant and and bar till receipts. You will also be responsible for carrying out regular stock checks for food and drink and reconciling physical stock with accounting records.and and identifying variances . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years accounts/ purchase ledger experience gained in a busy people orientated environment such as travel ,catering,pubs hotels or restaurant industries. Common sense and excellent communication skills are essential together a can do attitude and a good customer service orientated work ethic .
